Philip Dumpster Rental began in 2018 after seeing how often a simple cleanup became a coordination problem. A container needs a usable approach, enough clearance, and a pickup plan that matches the work. Those basics matter in Harrisburg, where older blocks, narrow lots, and busy streets can leave little room for error.
Our team works across Dauphin County with the same straightforward process on every job. We ask where the container will sit, consider the driveway or street approach, and explain what needs to be ready before delivery. The goal is not to sell the largest option. It is to match the equipment and schedule to the actual cleanup.
